Mandatory Checking Clinic - May 25th

The staff of the MHA Major Bantam Whalers will be offering a HNS sanctioned checking clinic on Sunday May 25th at the Dartmouth Sportsplex.  The clinic will consist of both classroom and on-ice instructions and drills to prepare players for participation in our Major Bantam Spring ID / Evaluation Camp. The details are as follows:

WHO: ALL players attending our Spring ID / Evaluation Camp are required to attend this clinic. The ONLY players exempted from attending this camp are players who played Bantam A, Bantam AA or Major Bantam in the 2013-2014 season, or if you are a goalie.  This is consistent with HNS requirements related to body checking education for the 2014-2015 season.

WHERE: Dartmouth Sportsplex (Nantucket Room) and ice surface

WHEN: Sunday May 25th 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM

HOW: To register please download the attached Checking Clinic Registration Form; send the complete form along with a cheque in the amount of $25 payable to the "Dartmouth Whalers Major Bantam Hockey Club" to:

Please note - attendance at a spring hockey checking camp is not a recognized substitute for this clinic.
