Week # 1 ... MHA Whalers come out of it with 1-1-0 record

The Dartmouth MHA Whalers end Week #1 with a 1-1-0 record in a pair of road games against the Nova Jr Xman.

After a 4-2 win in Port Hawkesbury on Saturday the team traveled to Antigonish and began preparations for a rematch on Sunday at the Keating Millenium Centre.

The MHA Whalers found themselves in some penalty trouble in Antigonish and could not catch the Nova Jr Xmen, losing Sunday's game 4-2.

The MHA Whalers will be looking to get back in the win column in Week #2 as they host the ProHockey Life Storm on Saturday Sept 21st at 5:00 PM at the Sportsplex, for their home opener.
